Most items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product as Return Policy provided:
1) The products are bought from our website;
2) The products can be returned within 15 days upon your receipt;
3) They are sent back accompanied with the original package and the relative invoice;
4) The products are defective or seriously damaged upon receipt;
5) The products are not the same one as you see in our website.
6) The products are not sent to you within 15 working days because of our fault.
Please note that you are liable for the shipping costs of returning the goods if you decide to return the goods.

3) Shipping charges: original shipping charges if covered by you are not refundable. The returning shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A 15%-20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. A minimum fee of 20% will be applied to products returned as defective that test to be operational from the refund. Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging will be subject to the minimum 20% fee. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before returning the goods.
4) We'll process your return as soon as possible. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment in 10 working days.

Any factories that supply our website with products have been evaluated by us and will have consistent high quality and adequate stock to supply small, medium, and large order quantities. We check all orders carefully before dispatch to our customers.
As to this case, we allow you to cancel your order provided that your order has not been dispatched. In this case, a 5% handling charges including the packaging fees will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you may get the full refund.
We propose that you do not do it that way. If you want to return the items, please follow the above steps and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Return Merchandise Authorization is only for the product within product warranty. Once you need to return one item, please Email us first to obtain certain information. We will give you feedback within 24 hours.
Our RMA system are applicable when your products are not received for over 15 days (as from delivery date) or your orders have been received but there are products missing or damaged. If it’s still within the estimated time of arrival (ETA), please contact us by email us first.
Generally speaking, once your requirement for returning the goods is approved buy our customer service center, you can follow the above steps to return the goods on your own costs. On the contrary, if you send the goods to us without our authorization, you may take full responsibility for the item if it is lost, damaged and you need to be liable for the return shipping charges. In either case you need to cover the return shipping cost.
